What is the difference between this membership and the Co-Creator Programme?
Our biggest fans have been asking for a while now for a way of getting early access to products and discounts, without having to wait for promotions or sales. The ‘Curly Girls Club’ is a membership programme that does exactly that and so much more. We are still running our Co-Creator Programme for our Ruka Babes, but CGC is that extra level – You can see a full breakdown of the differences using the comparison above.
When will I be charged the monthly fee?
You will be charged monthly. Your first billing date will be 30 days after you signed up and your card will be charged on the same day each month. Your store credit will be updated automatically, and you can use your balance to make purchases right away.
Do I have to shop every month?
The CGC membership is flexible with no obligation to shop each month. You are free to ‘pause’ your membership or accumulate your store credit to be used whenever you are ready to shop.
Can I buy from Ruka Hair without a membership?
Want to make a one-time purchase? Simply select “non-member” in your shopping cart. Whether you’re shopping as a CGC member or a guest.
Does the Curly Girls Club have a monthly fee?
After your first purchase, you’ll be charged £20 / month that will become £20 in store credit unless you ‘cancel’ or ‘pause your membership. Store credit can be used to shop anytime and never expires.
How do you pause or cancel your membership?
You need to go into the “Manage Membership” section of their CGC account. Under your personal information, there is a “Cancel Membership” button. Click this to either cancel or pause your membership. On the first screen, it will ask you if you want to pause instead of cancel.
How long can you pause your membership for?
You can pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time. Once you reactivate your membership, your card will be charged monthly
